But just make sure you don't turn them off before they even make it to the door! Below are three common buyer turn-offs you will want to avoid in your North Shore home this year:

Converted spaces
Many of the homebuyers in the North Shore real estate market this spring and summer are looking for more space— whether that be with additional bedrooms, garage space or even finished basements.
